Andrew Dolan

Andrew Dolan is a strategist and trusted policy advisor with expertise spanning trade, supply chain, and climate policy as well as geopolitics and organizational transformation.
Before co-founding Vantage Point Strategies, Andrew was a Senior Policy Advisor at the Department of Homeland Security, where he led international supply chain resilience negotiations, served as a deputy to Senior Counselor Cass Sunstein on climate initiatives, and was deeply involved in the implementation of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA).
Andrew brings experience from the non-profit, state government, and private sectors to Vantage Point. He has served as a National Outreach Associate for Foreign Policy for America, an aide to former Virginia Senate Majority Leader Dick Saslaw, and an advisor to sovereign wealth funds, venture capitalists, and other long-term investors. He began his career as a management consultant at Deloitte.
Andrew holds a B.A. in Politics and Philosophy from the University of PIttsburgh. He captains Vantage Point's growth strategy and co-leads development of its bespoke client service offerings.
